Email, SMS, Voice and RCS

The direct messaging channels available alongside WhatsApp.

Send campaigns and transactional email from your own domain. Authenticate the domain first so messages are delivered rather than filtered.

  1. 1Open Dashboard, then Email, and select Domains.
  2. 2Add the domain you send from.
  3. 3Add the DNS records Slide shows you at your DNS provider. These prove you own the domain and authorise Slide to send for it.
  4. 4Return to Slide and select Verify. DNS changes can take up to a few hours to propagate.

Sending from an unauthenticated domain damages your sender reputation and lands mail in spam. Complete verification before your first campaign, not after.

Send SMS to contacts with a phone number. Regional rules differ: many countries require a registered sender identity, and some require pre registered message templates. Slide shows what is required for the destinations you send to.

Place automated outbound calls driven by an AI agent, and receive inbound calls. Configure the agent, its opening line and the tools it can use, then attach it to an automation.

RCS delivers richer messages than SMS, with images, buttons and verified sender branding, on supported Android devices. Where RCS is unavailable, fall back to SMS.

Send verification codes over WhatsApp, SMS or email from a single API, with delivery tracked per attempt.
